About The Position
The Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) Manager at CITGO Petroleum Corporation is responsible for establishing, managing, and monitoring HSSE programs at the Cicero Lubricants Manufacturing Plant. This role involves developing and implementing strategies for health and safety policies, environmental stewardship, and compliance with government regulations. The HSSE Manager will engage with employees to foster a proactive safety culture and will serve as a liaison with various government agencies. The position requires on-call availability for emergencies and participation in the plant leadership team.
