The Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) Manager at CITGO Petroleum Corporation is responsible for establishing, managing, and monitoring health, safety, security, and environmental programs at the Cicero Lubricants Manufacturing Plant. This role involves developing and implementing business strategies for health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and fostering a proactive safety culture within the facility. The HSSE Manager will also serve as a liaison with various government agencies and will be on-call 24/7 for emergencies.
