The On-the-Job Training and Apprenticeship Coordinator will manage and build business relationships with current, former, and new clients, particularly as they pertain to OJT and Apprenticeship opportunities for jobseekers. This position will implement creative strategies to use the Registered Pre-Apprenticeship and Apprenticeship model to develop a talent pipeline of highly skilled workers that meet the current and anticipated business needs of local employers.
