Requirements
- Must be 25+ yrs. Old
- Valid Driver’s License; must have your own reliable vehicle with valid insurance and registration.
- Have a working smart phone- for apps & Technology/Data Entry
- Can work in a fast-paced environment & GREAT attention to detail
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Work in all weather conditions: Winter, Summer, Spring and Fall.
- Certain Felonies and certain misdemeanors may disqualify you from a position; LPS Carries a Private Investigator license, the law limits us from proceeding with certain infractions.

Responsibilities
- Drive company-provided vehicles to various locations to inspect equipment and sites
- Conduct site visits and gather data using an iPad
- Marking any issues using tape/flyers/paint etc.
- Enter information accurately and efficiently
- Report findings and recommendations to the team as needed
