About The Position
The role involves planning, directing, and managing talent acquisition programs to enhance the capabilities of the organization. Knowledge and experience in pressure pumping operations is required for this position. The essential duties include championing the company's H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner. The position also entails developing and implementing programs, plans, policies, and procedures for recruitment, screening, testing, selection, processing, and onboarding.
