We value safety, reliability, and clear communication in all aspects of our work. We are seeking an experienced Oilfield Equipment Technician to join our field operations team. The Oilfield Equipment Technician will inspect, maintain, repair, and install industrial and oilfield specific equipment used in upstream and midstream operations. In this role, you will work on mechanical assemblies, valves, pumps, compressors, and other related equipment while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. This position requires hands-on technical skill, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to function effectively in a field environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience maintaining and repairing industrial or oilfield equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service instructions.
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and on job sites.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Commitment to following safety standards and reporting unsafe conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of oilfield equipment used in production and service operations.
  • Disassemble, reassemble, and test mechanical components including pumps, valves, compressors, and related assemblies.
  • Follow established maintenance schedules and document all service activities accurately.
  • Conduct field installations of equipment and ensure proper alignment and operation.
  • Maintain and repair tools, gauges, and test equipment used in field service work.
  • Assist with inventory management by tracking parts used during service calls.
  • Coordinate with logistics and field support teams to ensure timely response to service requests.
  • Adhere to company safety protocols and industry best practices while working on-site.
