About The Position

Crystal Clean (CC), a leading name in environmental services, is on the hunt for dynamic individuals to join our expanding team as Oil Sales & Service Representatives (OSSR). The Oil Sales and Service Rep (OSSR) will be responsible for providing sales and services of approved waste streams at HCC customer locations. The position frequently uses hoses to load/offload Oil Tanker Trucks from a variety of containers.
Requirements
- Excellent Communicator: Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
- Customer-Focused: Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with electronic devices, computers, and truck equipment.
- Certified: High School diploma or equivalent, with or ability to obtain a Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and Tanker Endorsement.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interact with customers, sales branch employees, and other corporate departments
- Ability to operate equipment such as electronic mobile devices, computers, hoses, all truck equipment, etc.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and Med Card with Airbrake and Tanker Endorsement
- Motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets or exceeds HCC’s published standards including, but not limited to the following; Seat belt and cell phone violations, Excessive speeding, DUI, suspension and/or multiple vehicle collisions
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include a respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, uniform, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats
- All applicants must pass the pre-employment physical including drug & alcohol screening.

Responsibilities
- Drive Sales & Service: Engage with customers to provide top-notch service and boost our oil business through new and existing accounts.
- Operate with Precision: Use hoses and equipment to efficiently load and offload oil from various containers.
- Ensure Safety: Follow all safety guidelines, inspect your vehicle and equipment, and minimize travel time with efficient route planning.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong customer connections, pursue additional service opportunities, and identify new business prospects.
- Meet Goals: Achieve sales targets and maintain compliance with DOT requirements and company standards.
- Responsible for engaging in and promoting safe work behaviors in a manner that is consistent with all HCC safety guidelines
- Responsible for customer service and new business development in a certain geographic area as assigned by the Company
- Aligns work orders to minimize mileage and travel time
- Inspects vehicle and equipment for safe operation
- Delivers service to customers by pumping approved waste streams from customer containers into truck
- Pursues additional services with existing accounts
- Assesses potential customer needs, presents HCC products and services to customers, and develops new customers
- Develop sales leads for Data-Marketing
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly
- Maintains compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
- Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development
- Adhere to all corporate policies and standards including but not limited to environmental, health, & safety (EHS), human resources, facility, equipment, operations and maintenance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
