  • Learn all about Victaulic's products and the many ways that we can provide solutions for our customers.
  • Understand competitive methods of joining pipe, such as welding and flanging.
  • Integrate into local trade organizations and professional associations.
  • Develop a business plan with the Regional Sales Manager, including opportunity mapping and sales goals.
  • Execute all phases of project pursuit and project management to secure purchase orders.
  • Build lasting relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project owners.
  • Partner with Victaulic distributors and manage a balanced distribution network.
  • Educate customers on the value of utilizing Victaulic products.
  • Conduct training on proper installation techniques and lead presentations for engineers.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous sales experience selling 'value added' products/services, preferably in the commercial construction or PVF industry.
  • Demonstrated achievements in sales and history of developing long-standing relationships.
  • Self-motivated and self-driven to achieve success.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
  • Experience in the mechanical products industry.
  • Flexibility and resiliency in growing business.
  • Ability to present a professional image and engage with customers.
