Responsibilities

• Conduct oil changes and tire changes/flat repairs.
• Minimize customer complaints through thorough and time-effective repair services.
• Work independently and collaboratively with peers as needed.
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory and ensuring shop equipment is in top working condition.
• Adhere to shop safety and environmental practices.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Greet and communicate with customers regarding repairs, creating work orders, and providing estimates.
• Interface with customers and service technicians to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Determine the need for repairs and maintenance through inspections and customer inquiries.
• Streamline workflow in the automotive repair shop.
• Perform other store duties as directed by management.
• Verify that work is properly diagnosed and performed.
• Use telephone, email, and other means to communicate with customers and vendors.
