The Ohana Therapist reports to the Assistant Director of Outpatient Services and is responsible for providing evaluations and individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents and their families. In addition, the Ohana Therapist provides mental health education to patients and, as appropriate, to the community and other professionals. Other important dimensions of this position include commitment to continuous learning, innovation, quality of care and outcomes measurements, professionalism, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Must have strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and curiosity as well as comfort prioritizing safety and quality of care. The Therapist is expected to maintain a productivity standard of at least 25 patient-facing billable hours per week.
