About The Position
As a OFP Assembly ME, 8R for JD Waterloo Works (TCAO) located in Waterloo, IA, you will research, initiate, and execute safety, ergonomic, and quality improvement activities and projects. You will act as a departmental Manufacturing Engineer (ME) in driving improvements to support our Distinctive Product Quality initiatives, drive continuous improvements in delivery, uptime, cost and efficiency with Natural Work Group engagement. Additionally, you will support implementation of new products and current products through running design changes and lead the analysis, development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technology aligned to the Smart Connect Factory strategy.
