About The Position

The Operational Finance Leadership Program (OFLP), is an accelerated talent program, designed to develop high potential Operational Finance leaders for GE Vernova. OFLP is a rotational program, lasting for 2-3 years. During OFLP, program members will experience multiple 6 month engagements across different GEV Business lines and Finance functions. Each engagement will be Operational Finance focused and accountable for delivering projects or improvements tied to Business unit X-Matrix or KPI Bowler. OFLP’s will learn and engage with Operational Finance while building their Lean skillset. On the job learning, will be enhanced by Lean learning experiences, intense coaching and development and a university learning partnership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 2 years financial work experience in a global business environment
  • Sponsorship from current HR partner, people leader & selected EB+ leader
  • Employee is currently based in one of the desired OFLP locations or is willing and able to relocate during the course of the program, to one if required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited university or college preferred.
  • Graduate of finance management leadership programs (e.g. FMP, etc.)
