About The Position

Silna Health (silnahealth.com) is a health technology company that handles eligibility & benefit checks and prior authorizations for specialty healthcare providers. Our mission is to streamline how providers financially clear patients for care, so providers can spend more time delivering exceptional care. We are based in New York City and work with customers across the country. Silna Health is looking for an enterprising operations vendor lead to oversee offshore teams as they complete prior authorization and benefit verification administrative tasks. This is a unique role, as you will also be working closely with the Silna Core Operations leadership and Product teams to automate parts of the verification and authorization processes while managing vendor performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of offshore/BPO vendor management experience
  • Have a strong work ethic: operate with urgency, work independently, be highly organized, detailed oriented and multi-task effectively
  • Operations and process documentation orientation
  • Indirect performance management skills
  • Cross-functional communication

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of benefits including deductibles, co-insurance, out of pocket and benefits exclusions preferred but not required
  • Process documentation experience: 2 years
  • ABA/Autism or other behavioral health experience: 2 years

Responsibilities

  • Managing BPO vendor relationships and offshore team leads
  • Coordinating across operations functional domain leads
  • Vendor performance management and scorecard tracking
  • Escalation path ownership
  • Onboarding new vendors and overseeing hiring cohorts
  • Setting and enforcing vendor performance standards
  • Coverage planning (OOO, volume spikes)
