Key responsibilities include acting as a safety ambassador, ensuring the proper installation and operation of Spark PWE Monitoring and Control Systems and FRCs (Fire Retardant Containments), and overseeing their maintenance and repair. The role requires completing all necessary documentation such as JSEA PTW, Function Test Records, Rescue Plans, Daily Reports, and Daily Field Tickets. The Superintendent is also responsible for implementing HSE Programs, mentoring Short-Service Employees, and ensuring compliance with all safety policies. Additional duties involve assisting with manual transfer of materials, rigging activities, maintaining worksite cleanliness, and utilizing proper tools and equipment while upholding strict safety standards.
