About The Position
AlphaGraphics Commercial Printing Services is looking for an Offset Press Operator to run a state-of-the-art, 40-inch Heidelberg 6 color Press. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and delivers high-quality work. Requirements
- 5+ years operating a 4 - 6 Color Offset Press, Heidelberg preferred
- Must have in-depth understanding of printing processes
- Must have mechanical abilities
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift and lift at least 40 pounds
Responsibilities
- Setting up, adjusting and printing on various types and weights of paper.
- Maintain ink, cylinders and plates.
- Program the machine and assess details, as needed.
- Make adjustments, clean and lubricate the press to achieve optimal operation.
- Perform all work according to job tickets, company and customer specifications.
