Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Flexible work schedule may be required

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of customer service, retail, transaction-based support environment, or related customer-facing experience
  • Knowledge of cable industry products and services, cable billing systems (CSG/ICOMS)
  • Technical skills in MS Office, computer savvy, data entry
  • Effective communication, multi-tasking, time management, problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, resourceful, team player, resilient
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, analyzing, and correcting errors on customer accounts within multiple systems
  • Owning special requests and research needs that contribute to the success of the team and enhance the customer experience
  • Completing offline and back office support tasks, such as customer mailings or call logs
  • Interacting with customers and coworkers to ensure accuracy of information and requests
  • Contacting customers to gather missing information and resolving complex customer requests
  • Analyzing audit or error reports
