Salary Range: $56,631.00 - $99,783.00 The North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts seeks a qualified Court Reporter - Rover to record and transcribe verbatim, court trials, hearings, and conferences in Superior Court. Work originates from the need to make a true, complete, and accurate record of civil and criminal proceedings as required by law, to provide transcripts, as requested, and to certify to the record's accuracy. The roving Court Reporter position reports directly to the Court Reporting Manager and is subject to various assignments in Judicial Districts as court coverage dictates. This position is primarily assigned to Moore County and surrounding areas. Roving Court Reporters receive standard travel reimbursement and are paid for transcripts in addition to base salary.
