Position Summary:
Coordinate daily campus activities and staff movement, manage campus safety and security.
Requirements
BA/BS in a relevant field strongly preferred (will be compensated at a higher rate) with one year experience working with youth.
Experience working with system-involved youth strongly preferred.
Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted California driver’s license.
Must be able to successfully complete and maintain required certifications and training including, but not limited to, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, First Aid/CPR, and other evidence- informed practices.
Must be computer-literate and be able to understand and effectively use electronic record system.
Must successfully clear DOJ and FBI fingerprint checks.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid California driver’s license and current auto insurance.
Proof of immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases (e.g., Varicella, MMR, Tdap, TB, Influenza).
Completion of all required ORR trainings, including Employee Misconduct Acknowledgment, Code of Conduct, and Sexual Abuse and Harassment Prevention.
Must be able to successfully complete and maintain required certifications and training including, but not limited to, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and First Aid/CPR.

Responsibilities
Acquires, maintains, teaches and demonstrates knowledge of UC Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) and Sexual Harassment standards at care provider facilities, evidence-based practices, and trauma-informed care and maintains a professional environment that is consistent with Title 22, licensing regulations, and established agency policies.
Demonstrate effective and consistent Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and First Aid/CPR.
Must be able to quickly and effectively respond to crisis situations.
Maintain vigilant supervision of youth placed in 24/7 care.
Ensure campus-wide safety, security, and disaster preparedness.
Regularly coordinate transportation youth to appointments, recreation activities, court, family visits, etc.
Regularly coordinates the movement of staff between cottages and campuses to ensure staffing ratio.
Prepare timely and accurate documentation.
Understand and retain instructions for complex tasks.
