About The Position
The J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center is seeking an Officer of the Day (OD) to supervise daily scheduling adjustments and ensure adequate deployment of available staff across eleven homes and three resource centers. The ODs will be responsible for redeploying home staff, adhering to pull lists, communicating staffing needs, compiling reports, and updating master schedules. This position is mandatory and requires reporting during adverse weather events. The work schedule is 1st shift (6:30 am - 3:00 pm), Monday - Friday, with every other weekend required. The salary range is $31,235.00 - $46,852.00, effective January 2025.
