Requirements

Responsibilities

• Respond to, investigate, and problem solve routine complaints reported by patients, parents, visitors, and employees.
• Direct traffic within Cincinnati Children's and control parking for all patients, parents, visitors, and employees.
• Assist clinical staff with patient restraint as instructed, requiring annual recertification in physical restraint training.
• Patrol buildings and grounds by motor vehicle, foot, and bike, ensuring only authorized personnel are admitted onto hospital premises.
• Respect the rights of parents/guardians and adult patients regarding visitor policies and enforce their preferences.
