About The Position

The Warranty Administrator at Audi Hawaii is responsible for managing the warranty claims process within the dealership, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with warranty policies. This role involves overseeing claim documentation, decision-making regarding claim eligibility, and maintaining communication between the dealership and manufacturers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of experience with warranty claim processing at a vehicle dealership.
• Knowledge of operating systems and GM Global Connect is highly preferred.
• Computer proficiency with thorough knowledge of all manufacturer warranty policies and recommended procedures.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing the warranty claims process from initial customer contact through claim reconciliation.
• Ensuring that all eligible warranty claims are submitted electronically and in a timely manner.
• Booking, submitting, reviewing, and reconciling daily cash reports for Audi/Ultra Luxury Warranty.
• Answering incoming calls on the main line and scheduling appointments.
• Managing Campaign SOP's and processing extended warranties and factory warranties.
• Reviewing and processing warranty claims, verifying processing criteria required by the factory.
• Keeping abreast of all factory recalls and announcements.
• Processing sublet labor warranty claims and following up on outstanding claims.
• Working with the accounting department to obtain payments and maintaining service warranty records.
• Verifying proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage and payment.
