At Marksman Security, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Uniform/ Office Manager to be the driving force behind the smooth operation of our office. What You'll Do: As our Uniform/Office Manager, you'll be the maestro of our reception desk and uniform program, ensuring top-notch customer service, a welcoming atmosphere, and impeccable organization. From supervising teams to handling inventory, you'll play a pivotal role in our daily operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in managing uniform or apparel processes is a plus.
  • Experience in managing inventory and operational processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of office supplies, equipment, and manage inventory levels efficiently.
  • Uniform Processes: Develop and maintain standardized procedures for uniform distribution, collection, and maintenance.
  • Manage Reception Desk Coordinator: Lead and guide the reception desk coordinator to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a friendly environment.
  • Schedule Coordination: Ensure proper staffing levels by helping to coordinate reception desk coverage, breaks, and lunch periods.
