About the position
The Nebraska Game and Parks Southwest District Office in North Platte has a permanent, part-time Office Technician position open. This position offers insurance benefits, sick and vacation leave and paid holidays. This is a customer service position consisting of selling hunting, fishing licenses and park permits, and providing information to the public through phone calls and walk in customers. We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills who enjoys customer service.
Responsibilities
- Sell hunting and fishing licenses and park permits.
- Provide information to the public through phone calls and walk-in customers.
Requirements
- Coursework/training or experience in public contact, customer service, and/or performing and applying office/clerical support procedures.
- Ability to use a personal computer, associated software, and office equipment.
- Ability to learn and keep updated on Game and Parks information.
