The Office Technician is responsible for the general supervision of the clerical staff along with confidential and administrative functions associated with compliance with Federal, State and local agencies. This position requires complex program responsibilities that necessitate careful coordination of activities and knowledge of computer programs, including the maintenance of the Mental Health tracking system (MHTS). The Office Technician will also handle numerous inquiries and directives from institution staff, the public, the department, and other agencies under the general direction of the Senior Psychologist Supervisor.
