Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the Office Technician (OT) (General) performs the most difficult and confidential clerical and production work for the Tax Revenue Branch, Cashier Unit. The incumbent exercises a high degree of initiative, independence and originality in providing a wide-variety of cashiering functions including evaluating situations accurately and taking effective action, providing clear and comprehensive reports, creating difficult reports and applying rules, policies and procedures.
