Responsibilities

Sort and distribute incoming and interoffice mail
Meter outgoing mail and outgoing packages
Create blanket requisitions for MRO and for Indirect spend invoices
Create GEP requisitions for items requested by the site
Create new indirect vendors using online setup tool
Collaborate with Amazon on management of VMI Office Supplies
Submit Indirect spend invoices for payment in Catalyst
Order Toner and printer supplies from RICOH
Order checklist sheets/labels from suppliers (i.e crane sheets/Fedex shipping labels etc)
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Schedule formal document pick up with vendors (i.e Iron Mountain etc)
Assist with planning of Watermark volunteer activities
Collaborate and help with Morton Grove site wide activities and events
Duties as assigned to support Factory Operations Team
