Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct calls for multiple locations
  • Welcome and assist customers in person
  • Support Parts, Service, Logistics & Finance teams
  • Enter invoices, payments, and payroll time
  • Help with billing, filing, and daily office tasks
  • Prepare deposits and assist with account follow-ups
  • Keep the front office clean, organized, and running smoothly
