The Office Support Representative will provide front desk customer service support for the maintenance facility and office support services for the maintenance divisions, promoting a favorable image for the divisions and the city. Candidates will be notified of their status the week of April 14, 2025. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, interacting with others in a professional manner, and helping to create and maintain a respectful workplace culture that champions diversity and inclusion. The representative will also participate in citywide training designed to strengthen competencies in areas such as communications, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving.
