The Office Support/Human Resources Administrative Assistant shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will assist the Human Resources team with performing general clerical and reception duties. A large part of the job will include answering the phones, customer order entry, customer service, data entry, route accounting, completing reports and assisting with annual projects, filing/scanning, reporting drug screen results, placing orders for criminal background and motor vehicle reports, and other duties as assigned. Must work well with others, have a pleasant disposition, and always present themselves professionally, as they will deal extensively with other departments, supervisors, management, vendors and the public.
