Policy Guru: Apply your knowledge of the organization’s policies and procedures to address challenges, solve problems, and keep the office running like clockwork. Financial Steward: Help manage the budgeting process and ensure the office is aligned with financial goals, ensuring success in both financial and service delivery areas. Tech-Savvy Leader: Be the office’s “super-user” for computer systems and applications, and leverage your skills to gather, analyze, and evaluate data to improve operations. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least two years of office management experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to manage a team, motivate staff, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with computer systems and applications, with a knack for being the go-to expert on tech-related issues.
  • Ability to clearly communicate, both verbally and in writing, and apply policies to solve everyday challenges.
  • A solid understanding of budgeting and financial processes, with knowledge of reimbursement systems to help meet financial and service goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous administrative support experience in a healthcare organization is a big plus.
