Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls regarding billing questions
• Assist the billing team with obtaining and correcting missing information
• Submit completed claims to payers
• Verify patient insurance coverage
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned
