About The Position

This position requires a high school graduate or equivalent. The candidate must be able to pass a written test and a computer test. Additionally, a current typing certificate demonstrating a typing speed of no less than forty (40) words per minute is required.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Two years of responsible experience in secretarial or specialized clerical work, preferably one year in a personnel operation in an educational setting
  • Education equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade, including or supplemented by training or coursework in typing, personnel management practices, and other related areas
  • Fingerprint clearance by both the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the California Department of Justice is a condition of appointment after all other required job conditions have been met
  • Must be able to pass a written test and computer test
  • Must provide a current typing certificate for no less than forty (40) wpm.
