This position provides administrative support by performing complex and varied office tasks. The role requires the use of independent judgement, initiative and discretion in making decisions on a wide range of matters. Primary responsibilities include: Entering and maintaining information in databases Processing contracts and invoices Reviewing and processing various permit applications Procurements Providing additional administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to interpret and apply laws, rules, and regulations in diverse situations. Due to the cross-functional nature of this role, adaptability and flexibility are essential.
