Support internal operations with numerous mail tasks such as preparing, scanning, and routing incoming and outgoing mail accurately and efficiently per client business rules. Coordinate and prioritize mail appropriately and communicate with internal team members regarding status updates. Responsibility to follow department procedures to mitigate risk and to ensure compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and protect member personal health information (PHI).
