IST Management is seeking an Office Services Manager for Mail and Claims processing in Charlestown, MA! The Office Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with daily mail, claims processing/scanning, and copy/print support services on-site in a professional office environment. Ideal candidates will display excellent customer service standards, possess strong technical, interpersonal and organizational skills, have prior experience with mail, print or relevant services, and are motivated to grow in their professional facilities and office services career! Hourly Compensation: $26.00-$28.00 per hour DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. Flexibility in schedule as needed is required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • One to four years experience supervising or managing similar operations
  • Mail, print, copy/scan equipment experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and computer basics
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and other employees both one-on-one and during meetings
  • Knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage, motivate and train employees
  • Ability to prepare reports and present information to clients/customers
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and strong critical thinking/problem-solving abilities
  • Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
  • A valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation to and from work
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds as needed
  • Standing for long periods of time and walking
  • Willingness to cross-train as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Mail, print, copy/scan equipment experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of on-site office team
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Print and copy services- utilizing various copier, print, and scanning equipment
  • Operating mailing equipment: scan, sort, delivery of mail and packages, as well as heavy emphasis on processing outbound mail
  • Updating employee lists
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Maintain all logs and reporting, documentation, and attention to detail
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
