IST Management is seeking a professional, hospitality focused Office Services Site Manager to join our prestigious Pittsburgh team! The Office Services Manager is responsible for providing on-site management to support our facilities, hospitality, conference room and office support services operation in a highly professional office environment. Ideal candidates will have the ability to confidently interact with clients and visitors, possess excellent communication abilities, display superior concierge-style hospitality standards, and are ready to grow in their professional career. Previous experience as a people manager is mandatory!

  • Support the office services team and other administrative support services in a legal environment.
  • Consistently display highly hospitable site standards.
  • Engage in verbal and written interaction with internal and external clients.
  • Oversee and manage preferred vendors.
  • Manage a team of on-site employees.
  • Oversee employees' performance, provide guidance and support.
  • Manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization.
  • Provide training and learning experiences to the Office Services staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings with direct reports in conjunction with management.
  • Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Manage meeting and conference room services including set ups and breakdowns for meetings, food and beverage services.
  • Promote a clean, concierge-style environment on-site.
  • Manage facilities related requests.
  • Manage mail, office supplies and upkeep of office space including inventory of all items.
  • Oversee pantry inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Oversee courier and court docketing services.
  • Oversee the daily operation of the Office Services equipment.
  • Perform light administrative duties.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus.
  • Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
  • Previous experience as a people manager.
