About The Position

Williams Lea is hiring for Office Services Associate. The job entails various tasks for the mail room and Office Services Department. Main Tasks include (not limited to): Setting up meeting rooms (moving tables and chairs) for different configurations, several times each day. Picking up deliveries in the Building Lobby Moving small furniture items from office to office (small book shelfs, chairs, lamps, tables, etc...) Job will require constant lifting, pushing, pulling Deliver rush deliveries and copy jobs to various offices (8 floors) Keeping excel spread sheet up to date (worksheet listing various completed tasks) Working and engaging with client (must have a positive, pleasant attitude, and great communication skills (written and spoken)

Requirements

  • 1+ year of office services experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
