About The Position

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Office Services Associate to help keep our San Francisco office running smoothly. This is a hands-on, on-your-feet role — you'll be the person who makes sure the space feels fresh, stocked, clean, and welcoming every day. You'll work closely with our Office Manager and be an essential part of a small but mighty ops team. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in a well-run space, likes variety in their day, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • A proactive, can-do attitude — you notice what needs to be done without being asked
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs to move larger shipments
  • Comfortable being on your feet and moving around the office throughout the day
  • Friendly and professional when interacting with visitors and teammates
  • Reliable and punctual — the team counts on you to show up and follow through

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in an office, hospitality, or facilities support role is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize, and put away snack and beverage shipments
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, flagging reorders as needed
  • Do daily walkthroughs to tidy common areas and keep the office looking sharp
  • Deliver team lunches and assist with lunch setup and cleanup
  • Water and care for office plants
  • Set up and reset conference rooms before and after meetings
  • Cover the front desk as needed while the Office Manager is away
  • Provide general support to the Office Manager and broader team
  • Provide a friendly atmosphere, you are the vibe!
