Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Reception: Supervise a professional customer service environment, ensuring reception and front-desk coverage meets high standards of efficiency and professionalism. Serve as a point of contact for escalated client interactions, resolving concerns and fostering positive relationships. Mailroom Operations & Office Support: Manage all aspects of mailroom operations, including sorting, distributing, and processing mail. Oversee office service functions such as copy requests, work ticket resolution, and ensuring timely and accurate task completion. Facilities Coordination: Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure proper maintenance and functionality of office equipment, general appliances, and shared spaces. Act as a liaison with vendors for repairs related to plumbing, refrigeration, and other facility needs, ensuring prompt resolution. Team Oversight & Flexibility: Lead by example, providing backup and support for team members across all functions. Adapt to changing priorities and ensure operational consistency during absences or periods of high demand. Customer and Client: Be the connection between the client and vendors.
