The main purpose of this full-time position will be to provide administrative and program support by obtaining and interpreting data, maintaining client records, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures. This position will also schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect copayments, and maintain accurate enrollment and registration information through the electronic health record system. In addition, this position will support the agency’s mission by ensuring efficient operations, accurate data management, and quality client service.
