About The Position

Vacuum Truck Rentals, LLC, is one of the largest vacuum truck rental companies in the U.S. with a fleet of more than 1000 pieces of equipment and 19 locations nationwide. With a strong emphasis on the customer experience and a 24/7 service guarantee, we are seeking a full-time office assistant/runner that will be based at our corporate headquarters location in Richland, Mississippi. This will be an on-site position.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a clean driving record
• Be able to take initiative
• Be detail oriented
• Work under little supervision.

• Dependable

Responsibilities

• Filing and providing general clerical support, and document handling.
• Backup at the receptionist desk.
• Daily post office runs, bank deposits and truck title pickup.
• Aiding with any projects as requested.
