About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail‑oriented Office Representative to join our busy, fast‑paced OB‑GYN clinic. This front‑office role is essential to creating a welcoming experience for our patients while supporting the daily operations of a high‑volume clinical environment. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills
Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and solution‑focused during busy or stressful situations

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients in a courteous, compassionate, and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing excellent customer service
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately and efficiently
Verify insurance information, collect copays, and update patient demographics
Manage high patient volume while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Communicate effectively with clinical staff, providers, and patients
Support patient flow and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
