World Relief Wisconsin is searching for an Office Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the Fox Valley! As our team seeks to create a hospitable community, this team member is the first point of welcome for visitors and partners engaging our office. This is a limited-term position funded through a grant agreement until 12/31/25 and contingent upon funding extension.

  • Function in primary reception role for program participants, volunteers and other visitors to the office, fielding general questions, providing basic assistance, connecting them to appropriate staff in a timely manner.
  • Refer walk-ins to other community resources and partners when not eligible for World Relief services.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming and informative environment in the office reception area.
  • Responsible for the office procedures at the beginning & the end of the day.
  • Screen incoming calls and messages, reply to messages as requested, and manage the phone system, including updates for the general message directory.
  • Oversee and assure distribution of incoming mail to appropriate staff.
  • Distribute paperwork, checks or information to participants as requested by direct-service staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of staff schedules, contact information and appointments.
  • Assist with intra-office communications and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor behavior and attitudes of clients in waiting area to keep a calm and secure environment.

  • Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities.
  • Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief's Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Evangelicals For the Health of The Nation document.
  • Personal integrity and character as befit the local representative for World Relief.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to problem solve independently and improve office functions independently.
  • Able to work well with others in a professional, friendly, and flexible manner.
  • Associate's Degree or 2 years equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required; Outlook and database experience very helpful.
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to drive and pass MVR check.
