Requirements

  • Previous sales and customer service experience required, previous leasing experience is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite , a dditional property management software (Yardi/One Site) highly desired
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
  • High level of professionalism in both manner and dress

Responsibilities

  • Conduct prospect building and apartment tours including virtual leasing and touchless in person tours
  • Inspecting apartments prior to resident move ins to ensure move-in ready condition
  • Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
  • Community event planning and execution
  • Follow up with prospects by phone and email
  • Assist in lease renewals
  • Respond to resident concerns
  • Being part of a team and having fun while providing great customer service
