About The Position

The Office Operations Coordinator requires a reliable and detail-oriented individual to ensure the smooth daily functioning of our Manhattan office. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance multiple responsibilities, provide excellent internal support, and maintain a professional and efficient workplace environment. This position will be on-site at the New York City physical office and studio. The anticipated base pay range for this position is between 65k and 80k annually. Individual base pay may vary within that range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant education, department equity, training, geography, and local wage and hours laws.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in office coordination, facilities, or administrative operations preferred.
  • Should be comfortable troubleshooting basic technology/connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate internet or connectivity issues, liaising with IT vendors when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with building management/landlord for repairs, maintenance, and access.
  • Oversee conference room and office space scheduling to optimize usage.
  • Distribute office operations updates and announcements to staff.
  • Provide onsite assistance for employees and leadership to maintain a productive workplace.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
