This position is within the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer’s team. The intern will serve as a resource to the Office of the CAO and specifically provide support to the Project Manager and Executive Assistant. The Office of the CAO Intern will support the efforts of the Chief Administrative Officer’s team through a variety of activities including: • Planning and facilitating Administrative Division Events and monthly meetings • Compiling data and creating data visuals for the Enterprise Risk Management program • Creating strategic communications in the form of presentations and narratives, as needed • Completing other projects and tasks, as assigned Specific accountabilities will include supporting the CAO's Project Manager and Executive Assistant by: • Brainstorming and creating draft agenda/slides for division meetings • Brainstorming ideas for newsletter and taking first pass at writing (depending on skill level and interest in writing) and completing non-letter sections • Assisting with planning and creating content for Ambassador meetings • Assisting with ERM slides, graphs, and scorecard • Helping with ideation and planning for division events such as the Lip Sync Contest , Service Day , Family-friendly division event, etc. • Other administrative tasks, as assigned The Children's Summer Intern program allows interns the opportunity to gain hands-on experience related to their field of study by working on meaningful projects alongside Children’s professionals. Intern responsibilities may include project management, event planning and support, logistics, data base management, research, and analysis. Interns may explore career paths and apply for full-time positions upon successful completion of the program.
