Q-Lab Corporation is currently seeking an Office Manager in Homestead, FL. Reporting to the Managing Director, Testing Services, this position will oversee the overall work flow of the weathering testing facility in Homestead, FL. This position will offer support to all functions within the office from payroll to invoicing to supervision of office staff. This position will be fully onsite in Homestead, FL.

  • Supervise office work flow
  • Maintain the company and client databases
  • Ensure Client Documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in HR functions (job postings, applicant screening, skills assessments, etc.)
  • Field questions from customers on service issues
  • Provide reports to the Managing Director
  • Supervise customer invoicing
  • Create payroll documentation and track employee PTO
  • Maintain inventory of general office supplies
  • Assist with the design of the new computer system
  • Cover tasks normally performed by office staff in the event they are out of the office
  • Take an active role in the hurricane preparation plan
  • Other duties as required or necessary
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple programs
  • Basic understanding of computer and server hardware
  • Past experience supervising office employees
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Critical attention detail is a must
