Now, we’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager to help drive the success of our local franchise! In this role, you'll be the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from scheduling and marketing to financial management and customer relations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through scheduling, updates, and follow-up with a high level of care and precision.
  • Own the flow of project operations, including scheduling, calendar management, product delivery, and installer coordination, for both in-home and commercial site installations.
  • Leverage technology tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, Excel, and scheduling platforms to streamline communication, data tracking, and project management.
  • Communicate regularly with builders, property managers, and commercial partners to ensure seamless execution, from project kick-off through final walkthrough.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, product delays, and client concerns quickly, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Lead weekly operations meetings, coordinate with sales and installation teams, and drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, collaborate with bookkeeping and leadership teams, and report on key operational KPIs.
  • Participate in home shows, builder expos, and community events to support lead generation and partner engagement.
  • Follow up with clients and commercial accounts post-project to support 5-star reviews, testimonials, and referrals.
  • Comfortable using and learning CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and spreadsheets to improve efficiency and visibility.
  • Excel at planning, adjusting, and executing around shifting schedules, materials, and client needs.
  • Understand how to manage relationships and communication differently for residential clients vs. commercial partners.
  • Clear, confident, and service-focused communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-directed, spotting issues before they happen and taking the initiative to fix them.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, keeping everything on track and meeting deadlines.
  • Passionate about delivering smooth, high-quality experiences every time.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
