You’ll manage our day-to-day operations while ensuring our books are as clean as our drone lenses.

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Onboard new hires, manage benefits, maintain employee records, and resolve disputes
  • Track and report monthly expenses, including vendor payments and employee reimbursements
  • Review and reconcile company credit card transactions
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and company events
  • Collaborate with leadership to streamline office procedures and improve back-office performance metrics
  • CPA certification (active or in good standing)
  • Proven experience in payroll, HR support, and office management
  • Financial fluency with a knack for numbers and compliance
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial software tools
  • A “can-do” attitude with a “won’t-miss-a-detail” mindset
