Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for facility maintenance issues and coordinate resolutions with maintenance staff.
  • Oversee front desk operations, including answering calls and managing mail distribution.
  • Coordinate logistical support for events, including setup and cleanup of meeting spaces.
  • Process and manage alumni account updates and documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison with external facilities and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
